I'm Justin Young, a solo operator who builds AI automation systems for small and mid-size service businesses. I started by building for family businesses — a caretaker placement agency and an eBay reselling operation — and saw firsthand how much time gets lost to manual work that could run on autopilot. Missed calls, forgotten follow-ups, reviews that never get requested, invoices that take two weeks to collect. The work was already there. It just needed a system.

What I build is practical — systems that actually fit how your business works, not platforms that force you to change how you operate. No lock-in. No monthly SaaS fees that stack up. You own what we build together. When I hand it off, you can run it, understand it, and modify it. That's the goal.
